The Tuscarawas Clinic for the Working Uninsured is a non-profit 501 ( C) (3) corporation founded in an effort to improve access to health care for working, uninsured citizens (aged 18-64) who live in Tuscarawas County and are at or below 199% of the federal poverty level.
The clinic is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, volunteers and other who believe that good health can be reached and maintained through the proper balance of exercise, nutrition, medical care and education.
All of these services are provided free to qualifying patients. The clinic is able to continue to provide these services due to the generosity of private donors, businesses, grants, and volunteers who believe in our mission to help those who are making a sincere effort to help themselves and by providing a place where the patients can obtain assistance managing their health care needs.
