The Alcohol, Drug Addiction & Mental Health Services Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties is a Public Board established by Ohio statute for the purpose of planning, funding, monitoring and evaluating contracted mental health, alcohol, and drug treatment services to residents of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties.
